Q: How are my products shipped?


A: If you order multiple items on our website, your products may ship separately but are all guaranteed to get to you.

Q: What's the delivery time?


A: Depending on the product's availability and your location the shipping time may vary from anywhere between 3-7 business days for certain products and up to 20 days for our V-Shaped Booty leggings.

Q: Can I return products?


A: We offer a 30 day return policy on all merchandise purchased from our online website.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.    For COVID-19 masks due to the extremely contagious nature of this virus, no returns can be accepted.  We are happy to work with you to provide you another merchandise that better suits your needs.  Our detailed refund policy can be found here.

Q: Can I cancel my order?


A: Once you place an order, all orders are final and may not be cancelled.  

Q: Can I track my order?


A: Yes you can, we'll provide a tracking number after your order ships and you can use this to track your shipment.

Q: Do you ship to my country?


A: Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!

Q: How much are the shipping costs?


A: Shipping costs depend on your location as calculated by our shipping provider upon checkout.

A: Gymbreeze is based in Washington DC, USA.

Q: What currency will I be charged in?


A: We process all orders in USD to make things easier. You might see your shopping cart in your local currency but at the final checkout it will be converted to USD at the standard currency exchange rate.

A: The first step is to make sure to have your order number ready, which you'll receive after placing an order. Next, contact us at support@gymbreeze.com as soon as possible.

A: We accept most of the popular methods such as Paypal and Stripe. With both of which you can pay with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover etc.)
